akong gamit kai trimipramine(surmontil generic name) 25mg tablet. effective cya mao na advice sa doctor. i'm using it for almost 3 months since i have a sleeping disorder. pero wai bad effects, maka-pagana ug kaon ug nindot katog. 1 tablet is good for two days, that means tungaon nimo ang tablet into two parts. tumaron nako every 7pm and at 8-9pm i'm down.

naa ko tips to conquer insomnia.
1. drink mint tea every night
2. drink warm milk before going to sleep if u dont like mint tea
3. do some arithmetic calculations
4. listen to folk,light rock and country music
5. make sure that your bed is clean becuase if your bed isn't clean it will not stimulate your sleep.
take cortisol control (food supplement)
be stress free...chill
