    koto nice dog shoot. i like it.
    The dog's eyes are so cute.

    Sure,
    Even if the focus is on the dog's nose or the rock the face and eyes has so much details.
    The blur gives the eyes a soft touch (IMHO) it looks better that way, and I liked the bokeh on the background.

    Looks like it was shot at available light only, wide aperture opening is require unless he'd like to go higher ISO.

    Hinay hinay lang mo ha kay test shot na naku.

    Cropped & High contrast lang kay naka patung sa bond paper ang lamigas
    Resized & sharpened.

    Nice work, I myself admit focusing a subject w/ extension tubes is not easy.

    sir ive seen a extension tube but never tried it pa, will it affect the exposure or the aperture will adjust automatically?

    I shoot in Manual mode & manual focus with extension tubes.
    the exposure will be 3 stops down using full ext.

    bai @TwinJet, gi unsa man ni nimo pag manual focus nga mag lakaw lakaw man ning ant? kung ako siguro ani nalibat nako.... ato nang huwaman imong 55mm micro beh, suwayan nato sa D40, hehehe.
