ni start nku lose weight from 200lbs to 195lbs.. kaso lng murag na injured ko.

how do you find motivation? i gained weight sab. fluctuating cya actually.
ganahn nko mu adtog gym this time. ky on/off akong jogging di prehas sauna nga ganado ky ko everyday miskan kulang ug tulog
pero usually akong ginabuhat ron is swimming man ron, mostly cardio.. cge lang bawi.on next week!!!
set ug goal, then if wa ka lingaw.. check bodybuilding.com's transformation page.. then kung naai temptation mo agi ingna.. if is it worth it? then say it's not worth it.. sa gym think of the body you like to achieve.. then hopefully that's enough to pump you up

try to enroll sa isa ka gym bago pako nag pa enrol sauna lain aq motivation kana lagi imu ex pasuyaon pero karun lain na imotivate imu kaugalingon nga mahimo ka better self not para sa lain taw pero para nmu. nig mu adto ka gym nuh nya naai mu share nmu ug ingon ani daw iya old lawas then karun maka kita ka toned na kaau maka motivate btaw siya
