    checked my weight the other day , 203 lbs nako, from 216... Short term goal Is 200 lbs.

    Long term Is 180 lbs by march 2015

    ni start nku lose weight from 200lbs to 195lbs.. kaso lng murag na injured ko.

    how do you find motivation? i gained weight sab. fluctuating cya actually.
    ganahn nko mu adtog gym this time. ky on/off akong jogging di prehas sauna nga ganado ky ko everyday miskan kulang ug tulog

    set ug goal, then if wa ka lingaw.. check bodybuilding.com's transformation page.. then kung naai temptation mo agi ingna.. if is it worth it? then say it's not worth it.. sa gym think of the body you like to achieve.. then hopefully that's enough to pump you up

    asa ka tig swimming? i used to take part sa competitive swimming sauna krn di sa kay d pa confident sa lawas karun ga cge pko gym na stop aq jogging kay ga cge ug uwan

    try to enroll sa isa ka gym bago pako nag pa enrol sauna lain aq motivation kana lagi imu ex pasuyaon pero karun lain na imotivate imu kaugalingon nga mahimo ka better self not para sa lain taw pero para nmu. nig mu adto ka gym nuh nya naai mu share nmu ug ingon ani daw iya old lawas then karun maka kita ka toned na kaau maka motivate btaw siya
