I know rep is number of repetition, pero unsa man nang set?
hehe katraining naman ka last year dba? giunsa diay nimo to. number of reps is 1 set, depende nimo na if you want it 5x5 training, 5 sets of 5 repitiions. basta ingon nato 8 reps ka then rest then 8 reps nasad then rest. so kana naka 2 sets na ka of 8 reps.
pa expalin sa imung instructor bai...kng naa ka sa gym then wa kay alamat, ayaw ka uwaw doul ug trainer kaysa kataw-an ka kay pataka ka execute..heheheh![]()
