No shit.. that bitch pisses me off so much. Hate watching her hypocritical face on TV. Aren't both the SALN and FCDA laws special laws? It could even be argued SALN is the special law and FCDA the general law since SALN only applies to government officials. She can take her statutory construction and shove it up her ass...
