hmmm... HP Tech ayaw ka guol ? ? ? ? gudluck... yeah there's no problem about the salary but theres a problem on the management.... im almost a year now at teletech and right now eyeing for another company... before lax kaau sa floor.... but karon.. grabe na kaau ka pressure.. they are looking for ways na ma taktak ang agent... whewww... but dont be discourage though, try it for your self nalang... also my TL told me that mga calibre nalng maka tongtong sa floor sa mga new waves, cause dili na ka afford HP mag hire og mga dili gyud kamao.... word of advice.... there are a lot of metrics to pass but be sure to pass ur CSAT's cause mao na pina ka kusgan sa tanan metrics... diha ra pud ka ma terminate dali......and also right now we have this new rule nasab... 1 sale per day... esalation if walay sale... so if dili ka ka sale sagunson 6 days... bye teletech... ehhehehe... ma clear nimo imo sanction successive 2 sales same with csats, escalations will be cleared 2 month to date na score na pasar...... anyways.. gudluck sa mga bag.o.... kita kita sa floor....

Eto ba ang tinatawag na karma?

Mabuang ka sa HP service center dinhi cebu hehehe. Dili sila mu-test using volt meter ,signal gen, or other tools. Wala sad parts repair. Magpadala gyud sila gikan U.S. for "comparison testing". HP doesn't have XP drivers for laptops bundled with VISTA ( correct me if i'm wrong hehehe) kung naa man, some don't work too well.

Experience#1
I converted my friends HP laptop OS from VISTA to XP. Problematic ang drivers. The built-in camera turns green. Tried all device drivers on the site, even those not meant for the model. Wala gyud.
I solved the problem by installing an unofficial driver configured by some1 else.

Experience#2
Another brod has a HP laptop na gi recall ang motherboard w/c is good since the board fried for that reason. Wala sakto ang timing sa bios ug fan so mu-init ang board(That's the official explanation). Brought it for replacement sa HP service center. Assessment is : keyboard esc button missing, bad pad, bad powerboard (nasunog kuno) and then the free board replacement!

Powerboard ra akong gipa-replace ug motherboard kay plan nako mag mouse nalang (tipid!!).
I found out the pad was working fine!!! Wala ra gyud nila gi-on!!!Bwahahaha (naa na on button mga parekoy)! Ok ra sad ang keyboard, but the left speaker was not working, gibalik nako same day. They were suprised! Gi unsa kuno nako fix sa pad! With a straight face gi-ingon nako na i-on lang lol. Expect nako i-test lang nila ang signal sa left speaker. That's what I'd do.

Pag-ugma na-sakto ang ilang original assesment !!!(amazing!) dili lang missing key, guba na gyud ang keyboard, dili pa mu-work ang pad. Hardware problem kuno. Diba, nagwork na siya yesterday when I brought it in? Oo kuno, so gi-ingon nako i can only accept a software explanation kay nagwork gyud na pag-sulod.

It took 3 weeks, 3 board replacements later, and alot of BS. gibalik sa ako na guba gihapon. Na-force nalang ko mupalit ug keyboard kay ingon nila shorted kuno. You bring it in ok, you bring it out guba bwahahahaha.

Experience#3
A week later my brother gets an email from HP that his battery is being recalled!
Wala nalang namo gi-dala intawn.

Go gihapon!!! hehehe. Katong na-frustrate ko before sa HP nag wish gyud ko nga makahibalo
unsaon nila pag support. Wish granted bwahahaha. Be careful what you wish for.

Karma hahaha, pero interested sad kaayo ko nga magwork sa HP. Basta computer company
plus kaayo nako. I'm just pointing out na dagko gyud ang problems sa service center sa HP thru personal experience. Sa call support, wala pa ko ka-try ug tawag. Tig download lang ko sa HP site.

Magtago nako pag sulod sa 27 hehehe. Basig naay trainer nagbasa inani, kasab-an ta first day palang bwahahaha. Naay mu-shagit sa training ug OCONNEL! basig maka lingi ta, busted lol.

as far as i know, daghan accounts sa teletech cebu ang na move to another TELETECH site BUT ang HP nag ramp up pud at Cebu. that is what happened with SAS - newest sa HP HHO

in fairness kasabot ko paet ang wlay increase sa pay. halos pareho ra ang pay sa karaan ug sa bag0 unless if sa tech ka mabutang. the pay HP agents are getting are HP priced. malas lng ninyo pareho ang price gihatag sa HP sa new hires VS regular non HP employees. the internal hires are being eyed as new hires gyapon i guess since same ra ug pay

Ang tech sa HP nidaghan ang responsibilities pero i would not wonder why kay ang tech karon ang income generating. sila ang naay commision ug dako. ang Tier1 naa gyapon comission pero not that much compared sa tech. ang SAS, aron masayud ang kadaghanan. wlay comission maski piso. pero ang SALE is part of the scorecard. so ayaw mo paghuna2 nga gikawat sa SAS ang sales.

Internal Hires of teletech isnt HP's fault nor responsibility, company discretion na na kung kinsa ila ibutang did2. and mostly ang kalibre nga agents ang ibalhin sa HP coz more or less, mawagtang na na uban accounts soon i guess...

katawa gyud ko ani nga chismis... coincidentally, ang mga na deds na teletech agents are from HP... so? unsay connection?

people are just working at HP and their lives arent being controlled by HP themselves... LOL. naa sa US ang HP... telephone ra ang naa dri... deadly di ang mga headset sa teletech na ginagamit sa HP sa?? ahhahaha pathetic
