WD MY PASSPORT STUDIO 1 TB portable hard drive: i'm running out of space in my computer due to "disorganized" files, which some of it have multiple copies.. hehehehehe.. anyway, it's very generous of you to share your stuff..

I love photography and especially indie film making but since studyante raman ta, DIY kasagara sa ako gamit...dili man pwede ma DIY ang terrabyte hehe. Need jud to store pics and video clips.

hi ma'am, im an amateur photographer for 5 years now, ive been taking photos every now and then, got a few gigs here and there, im been saving photos digitally for 9 years now and nothing hurts the most when youre beloved hard drive passes (this happened 5 years back), all the memories, the moments that were captured in that very moment in time, lost in just one click, ive tried reviving my hard drive, removed it from my computer, putting it in the freezer but to no avail, i tried to call for help for some technician to fix it, but the charge was too much, i cant afford it. So i just have to let it go.

Later after that, I tried to build back my photo collection again, this time I saved it in my netbook, slowly i have a new set of collection again, not that the previous ones were retrieved, but I tried to build memories again, folder after folder, event after event of my life, of my photography, slowly i saved it in there, but before the last year ended, again it happened. December 26, I returned home from a trip (Davao), placed my daughter's backpack on the floor (because we were all tired from the trip), tried to enjoy my rest, because it was raining hard that day, but then, 2am that night, I woke up, I felt wetness on my head, on my side, I panicked, then I realized the water was up half a feet already from our elevated floor (our bed was just a thick foam, we did not use a bed since im afraid my daughter might fall off from it because she moves a lot when she sleeps), checked with my wife and daughter first to see if they were ok, after that, then I realized one by one, each of my gadgets were submerged in the water, my ipad was behind my pillow, got underwater (my daughter played it with me before we went to sleep)(BTW you can check my posts for verification=), then a second after, I realized my netbook, where all my photos were saved was in my daughters back pack, in the floor, too late, submerged, gone. Im just lucky my slr together with my lens were placed 2 inches higher than the water, or else that would have been worse (ouch!).

So now, to cut it short, im still paying for these things even if I am not using them anymore (debts!,installments!=), and now I'm asking you, with your kind heart, kung mabutang nimo sa imung kasing-kasing na ihatag nimo imung 1tb portable drive sa ako, dako kaayu nang tabang sa akong hobby ug mabawi ang gamayng kamalasan sa akong kinabuhi. Thank you=)

why? because i'm still using an 80gig hard drive from my old computer which i bought about 10 years ago. that computer's motherboard burned out about a year ago and being the poor guy that i am, salvaged as much parts as i can from that computer so as to keep costs down in building a new one
