FACT: yeah low salary compared to Etel and CVG....WHY? you shift is only 6hrs: for tier 1..once you will be promoted for for tier 2, that will be change...basic of 13.5k then performance of 3k,night diff,meal and transportation allowance. Salary appraisal every 6 months. That is 8hrs shift for tier2. 37 minute break plus log out if over staff. Avail time? 30-45 min from may-sept....oct-feb:15-20min. All tier 1 should be promoted to tier 3 after 3 months f his metrics is doing WELL....now, TIER 3, 14k basic, 4.5 performance bonus. thats is, after 6 months of staying in the company. Just do it good..and you will be promoted.....
CORRECT!!! that TIER 1 reps can receive 12k+allowances....can you just imagine, your on the phone for 5hrs and 30 min only? compared to SYKES,CVG,ETEL and what nots.....all of them are 9hr shift. GET Its all about understanding.....If you wanna receive high pay here in Qualfon, Just do it,DO IT GOOD,prove that your good and dont say bad things in the PUBLIC......

it seems that since i was not online for weeks... a lot happened here.

just for an FYI for all, it seems that they are occupying 4 floors, and more to come.. i got this information from skyrise personnel. naka reserve man diay ang uban floors for Qualfon. that's actually positive... up for Qualfon... i guess they are on the right track.

pwede ngayo tips sa pag apply sa qualfon? regarding sa shifts bah. 7 hours jd? compared to other cc? ni tawag ko sa qualfon last week ana cla naai 7 hrs, 8 hrs and 9 hrs shift. pwede kapili anang 3? hehehe.. student pamn ko gd.
