    Maybe going back there this Sunday for a day trip.

    Had a good experience the first time, but after reading all the new complaints since then... I'm curious to see how it will go this time.

    I will surely report back here after.

    My issue last time was the state and condition of the public restroom. I'm curious to see if that's been improved since then.

    we don't see any point of negotiation mn gd ky in the first place we booked and paid the accommodation a month before...and besides we don't need a general manager pra muadto namo bsan c flora unta ning atubang namo ok na kaau...mao btaw message ana nga bsan unsa kapobre imong mkastorya u have to be very careful and polite jd ky kaming mga gagmay ang mkapuling..nya grabe kaau ang power sa word of mouth...


    - Yes it's true that we made the mistake and we already apologized for that but to tell you honestly we're not someone who has power and to tell you more, even the owners dont are not rich that's the reason why Im helping my family.. You're repeating what you've said before and also the poster just said her side of the story and you should respect that.


    and u know wat? bsan c jescel nga part sa management nakasabot sa among side and for sure kng cia sa among place mao sd iyang himuon...nya c ising pd nga gpadala dd2 wa say istorya ug unsa...c jescel being new in the management, nashock nga daghan kaaung similar cases nga na encounter nia since she started...one month pa lng xa dat time..

    - As what you've said jescel is new and Im part of the family and ever since the resort openned 7-8yrs ago this is just the 1st time I've encountered such problem. As I represent the Duran Family Im trying to answer this issue w/ no biases and am even answering you in a public forum w/c everyone can read so everyone will know how this has been handled. And if there are a lot of complaints then why is it that it's only you? This even happened to my friend one time and to tell you he's even a well known event organizer around the city and he understood the issue. You're making the story big stating you're nothing and we have power w/c in the case isnt true.

    - Our family is trying to run a business and in a business you are bound to make a lot of mistakes along the way and the only thing we can do to that is improve w/c we're trying our very best to accommodate everyone's need.

    of course we have nothing against Mrs. Hansel the GM, it was clear she has good breeding than anybody there...she spoke nothing but apologies and she even stopped flora 4 times 4 talking garbage...

    - As for this Im not quite sure as I wasnt there when it happened but if this really happened then I would think that this was just a reaction to the situation but I wouldnt believe my Aunt would talk garbage as she's a professional and is one of the owners of the beach. I just wont believe it.

    and even our neighboring cottages dd2 sa durhan sympathized with us...wa cla ng expect nga ingun ana ang management nla....then surprisingly, may neighbor sd mi sa La Familia nga nka experience the same thing dd2 sa Durhan...imbis dd2 daw mgsummer camp pirme ilang church, di nlg ky nabiktima pd cla before...

    - Well for this last statement I cant comment since it's your story and as I've said you're the only customer who complained in this manner.

    To all Patrons, Co-Istoryans and forum readers:

    As we've read this forum everyday and w/ the complaints that's being raised by customers we highly appreciate and welcome it.

    We've already admitted the mistake for what happened to the complaint and this would be raised during the board meeting. Hopefully measures will be taken for what had happened and changes will be made. We will do our best to serve you guys.

    To the poster who made the complaint. I'd like to apologize again to what had happened w/ your stay in the resort and hopefully we can server you better next time you make a visit.

    I heard many good things about sa kanindot sa beaches sa tabuelan and ganahan jud kayo mi maka-adto karong Saturday.... Durhans unta first choice namo pero puno naman.... tried La Familia pero puno sad....

    walay lain beach resort sa Tabuelan?

    Day trip raman mi from 9am to 3pm, ganahan lang ko mag rent ug room with aircon or electric fan para makatulog akong kids during noon time....

    tabangi mi mga wala pa maka-experience sa beaches sa tabuelan ... taman ra intawn mi sa Mactan....

    Bai, I like how you react and post. i am planning to have an outing with my family, mga end of May. Sigi pako pangita ug lugar kay igo igo ra gyud ako budget. would it be possible to ask for your room rates? Also, ang guest ninyo maka order ba ug food sa inyo?

    Gikan lang jud ko didto, ka duha na nakung adto..same beach..Durhans. Wa koy reklamo in all aspect. The place - near perfect; The management - 100% Good Customer Service; Accommodation - we only chose to house in in an open cottage but worth the choice.. Over-all>> It was Unforgettable.

    And by the way..It must have been Ms. Flora who spoke with me about the family tree picture in the Resto, with all sincerity and warmth, she was very excited to share her family with me..even if for sure, we did not bring much sales since we only chose the cheaper accommodation and we were always asking for small favors which in total, I think we only spent 3/4 of our supposed expenditure so, it was like, we were given 25% discount on our expenses during our whole stay.

    Thank you so much Durhans Management and Staff, though theres always room for improvement but the improvement needed is so little that in totality..its nothing.
