and regarding atong 'melanism' issue, naa ko pics sa shells ni olivia ug ni stweart:

both taken during their 2nd bday. they're getting the same amount of sunlight, same kind of food, same kind of vitamins, same tank. ang only difference ra guro kai mu-sleep si ollie underwater unya si stewie sa basking area siya mu-sleep...

sa yaw mo kabalaka if mu-dull ang color sa shell sa inyo tortol, normal ra na.

ako ni sila gipalit sa pipers 2 years ago. 2 weeks old pa daw ang mga hatchlings unya bag-o pa ni-abot sa petshop that day. pero akong gi-establish ilang bday on the day na napalit nako sila, just because. hehehe...
