OT: Alucard, that's OT. please read forum rules intsik
That's good to hear bai. But all of these are impossible to do if you don't have the following:
1.) administrative rights to change any settings on your computer
2.)access to the server where you can change the access list of every computers
3.)linux command in unblocking a PC.
Its actually not that simple to do these things. Although you have the knowledge but you don't have the tools it will be quite impossible. Unless you are a hacker, you know basic/advanced/expert programming especially turbo C, mo tuo ko
ok na... guys, haven't you heard KAGIRON's words?
this guy is maybe one of our IT's based on his/her replies. actually, reason ngano gi pang block ang most visited sites or mga social networking site. tungod ra pud natong mga agents. we sometimes complain having a slow connectivity using our own tool for each account. so, na abot sa IT atong mga complaints regarding ana na issue... gi buhat ra pud nila unsa angay buhaton.. kay ang ilang job sa company kay IT man.. anyways, cheers to calltek! ghapon!
hmmm... mao jd.. pero... y man hinay ghapon ang interne connection?
Like I said from my previous post, they are limiting the bandwidth for our tools. Let's say most of our bandwidth right now is consumed only by our tools mao na hinay. So guys which would you prefer now:
Slow tools, slow access to hotel's/client's servers or system, more customer complaints less time to relax, possibility is more clients will let go of calltek because of our service. That means we will lose our jobs.
or
We sacrifice because of slow internet connection but faster tools, more resolve cases, possible kudos (that means more money to spend for red horse ) More clients, more money means big possibility of promotion.
Asa man mo?
