just my two cents ha...
Sweldo - might be this coming Friday...although the HR Payroll Calendar is saying nga 15th (Monday) pa musulod...but did you notice na na unlock na nila ang HRIS nato? dali ra kaayo na unlock not like before....hmmm....possibility lang...
13th Month pay/Leave Conversion - last year, kay before Christmas man ata to nila gi-credit...don't know karon if they will still do the same. But if following the usual practice, it will be credited on the first week of January and dili madungan sa Jan 15th nga sweldo....
Income Tax Refund - mura karon na December i-credit...mao mana sa akoa before...but that was only one time...hehe....para sa akoa lang na...
Re-alignment - don't know if maapil ba na karon...coz' what Sykes usually do, if naa re-alignment, naa gyud ka pirmahan nga papers to confirm that you will be receiving such amount or increase.
Again, this is just my two cents....wishful thinking pud bah...hehe...

13th month is on or before december 15 jud na, mao ma na sa balaod pero ang leave conversion i think next year pa na, tax refund is also this year just look at my previous post

"Dec. 6 daw ang 13th month kay para ang rate sa realignment daw ang ma compute..."
may unta dako akong re-alignment...
