Boni lol, murag kakita nako nimo bwahahaha. Naka pasar na sad ko ug na-human lang ko ug sign sa contract 1 hr ago. Nanawag ang convergys balik pero wala nalang nako gi-entertain kay nagdali biya ta magtrabaho unya sure naman ni sa teletech. I will post as much info as I'm permitted to on this thread. I can't spill the whole process but I can give you an outline. There is a non-disclosure agreement man gud sa contract. I've read it so I know how far I can go. Wala na gyud ko nagdala ug laptop this time. Ni-tagam. Please watch out for . It indicates tips.

Tips and Tricks for Applicants:
Teletech is located along A.S. Fortuna. It's in front of Yokohama. This company observes a strict dress code. Maayo if pag-start palang dressed accordingly na ka para walay minus. Naa sa luyo ang Teletech dapit sa canteen. Give your resume to the security officer and also log-in. Teletech's recruitment process is lengthy but thorough. Don't complain if you are not called immediately. Medyo dugay but if you keep your cool and don't grumble it would indicate to HR that you'll make a good CSR agent . Patience my friend, is a virtue.

You don't need tips sa first part. Mangutana siya kung naa ka'y court conviction hehehe

The test comes next. It would test your knowledge of computers. Multiple choice ni. Para sa mga genius diha, naay persistent application na magprevent sa alt-tab so don't bother with trying to circumvent the system. Tip lang nako ,kadaghanan about XP and Vista ang test. You'll also get a few questions about ports, routers and IPs. If you're only familiar with XP, try sa mo ug vista gamay before mo mu-apply.

The next test would be for your diction, syntax, and tone. It comes in 2 parts. It will ask you to repeat a couple of phrases. You can check if it was recorded. You only get to change it once. Kusga amigo. The 2nd part will ask you to talk at length about a situation. ( What's your favorite pet, and why? lol) Naa koy kauban, maayo kaayo mag-iningles. Wala ka pasar kay hinay ang tingog, wala na record sa system! Ayaw kauwaw sa imong silingan, mau gani naa ta diha kay nangita ta ug trabaho, speak clearly and audibly! Ayaw lang ug shagit hehehe Ni ungot akong exam sa tunga, gi pa retake ko. If the same thing happens to you, politely explain the situation to your examiner.

Pag human sa test kay interview na gyud. The interviewer will ask you questions about your previous employment and the reason you left. They will also ask you how many absences you had! Absences are a big thing with this company. You are only allowed 1 absence and 2 lates for your whole probationary period!!! The HR is thorough, gitawagan gyud ang CC na akong gisudlan 5yrs ago! lol. Make sure na-clear ka. Pag na-approve ka, medical exam dayon.

High Precision Diagnostics has a branch here in Mandaue. It's along the highway going to supermetro. HP is located in Diamond Plaza, it's after the cabangcalan overpass but before supermetro. Wala ni lisod so we will move on.

If everything checks out, you get your FINAL interview. Then you get your contract and we will finally get to meet this July 27!!! Good luck guys!

naa ko sa hp nga acct. tech support. hehe. discouraged ko, kay dili pud ko gusto ug sales.
pa swerte2x ra tingali ang pag apply teletech kay dili mn kaayo lisod, wa gani ko ni tuo nga pasar ko.
hehe. daghan pud mi dili kaayo fluent mo english pasar mn. depende sa mo interview kng unsa iya i preferer, tech knowledge nimo or communication skills.
