Otaku Fest [last February, sa U.P.]

Sadly, I didn't enjoy the Otakufest but I understand that it takes a lot of work to organize an event. I'm glad that there are people who enjoyed it but there are quite a few who were not able to enjoy the festival. Booths were not labeled, and although there was a map, It was still a bit hard to figure out there the booths were. It would have been nice if there were more food choices too. I hope that the next Otakufest will not disappoint.

nah... when it somes to food stalls... Otaku's ahead of archon... I can't 4get that only popcorns were sold at archon...>< anywa... an organizer explained the reason wof why the movie house was'nt using aircon... its a diff rent and its quite expensive... but the accomodation is nice... for the cosplayers at least... except... we were having a hard time changing... lolz

Sayo baya kaayo mi didto unya gi evict mi sa tambayan ato stricto na taga bantay. hehehehe. Pero gi ablihan man balik.

I understand there were still lots of shortcomings and we took note of that for 2.0. Overall it was still a small-scale event and practically a 'test run.' We were glad that Cebu was receptive of the event despite the short notice. We will organize a much better event with better planning, a few more events and WITH MORE SPONSORS!!!!!!!! We had so little money we can't afford to air-condition the movie area.

Well, for me Otaku was a success. Nalingaw man ko bisan katulgon na ko pag hapon unya di na ta ko ganahan mo perform kay duka kaayo. hehehehe.
But okay ang Otaku.

anyway.. Otaku 2.0! mas dako najd ang scale ani kay paningkamotan namu ang sponsors as early as karon..

basta Otaku 2.0.. spread the word karon pa lang daun!!!

There should be one winner for OCD if the said winner submitted 2 or more entries in order to be fair with others.
Another thing is the flow of the program. But generally its a success. I enjoyed watching the Akatsukies doing their F4 thingy and also Kon's crowd pleasing ability :d
