And another question, I'm kinda addicted to softdrinks especially pepsi/coke...How can I fight the urge?
I'm also trying to lose weight now... ang ako gi buhat first and foremost is mag himo ug goal.. next is nutrition plan.. no fried, no sugar and no refined/processed food... then ni add ko ug exercise routine.. (main exercise nako is swimming with hand paddle para naai resistance pag swim then fins para sa legs and mix at least 3 times a week mag weights)
ang kana imo "addiction", naa ko two ways ma think nah maka tabang nimo.... first think sa imu goal... if ever mo give in ka.. then mas maayo di nalng ka mag pa lipo nalng ka... or... pwede imo nah i.reward.. maybe like imu goal is 2lbs per week then naka achive ka ana then imo i.reward imu self with one can... then sunod nah week na pud or if super imu exercise like maybe a marathon.. 5k then reward..
p.s. alcohol is bad juju for losing weight...
