    nitukar na pud akoa weeks ago, recently ganina lng.

    nikalit lng ko nka.feel ug certain uneasiness out of nowhere, naglisud kog hangos. nag palpitate pud. i really thought i would zone out right there. and mingaw ra baya ang regatta sa SM ky ako ra customer isa, so wa ko kasabot what triggered the sudden discomfort.

    the next thing i knew, my hands were shaking. may gani di klaro pagbayad nako sa akong gpalit.
    mao pud ni isa sa reason nanu decidido na jd ko muadto ug psychia.

    i want to take meds to stabilize my mood ky fluctuating jd cya. i feel like cray cray, tbh. also, kani pud nga issue.

    Its not a mental illness unless it has become severe na jud. If mahitabo ni nimo, nya especially if magsugod nka ug lusod ginhawa, just breathe thru a paperbag to oxygenate urr brain and eventually mu.calm down pod ka

    actually mo breathe through a paper bag ka kay taas ang oxygen level sa imong blood tungod sa paspas nimog hangos.. mao nang mag paper bag kay inig breathe out nimog carbon dioxide, imo ra pud ma breathe ug balik.. ug tungod kay makahigop man japon nang paper bag ug outside air, naa japon nay oxygen pero mas daghan ang carbon dioxide..

    Panic Attack or commonly called sa ED as hyperventilation syndrome. Again managable by relaxing, paperbag, and/or sedation


    If panic attacks has interfered with your daily life to function normally it maybe good to approach a Psychiatrist. And not because you may think your mental or something. We should eliminate that stigma of if mu adtu og psychia buang nka which is not the case. Psychias are doctors for the behavioral aspect of human life. Panic attacks maybe even caused hormones so, best bet if it has interfered with daily life is to seek help

    are you taking meds? you are not alone. I dont get shaky but my mind plays mind games. Mu tukar akog nerbyos when working... i think it's genetic

    i had these attack wayback 2007 going to work. grabeh mura kog mabuang at first nga pag abot nako sa balay wala na jud ko ganahi mogawas. im suffering agoraphobia for i think 7 months. bisan pag gawas lang sa among gate mangurog nako sa nerbyos.. daghan na sakripisyo sa akong life hasta akong pagpanrabaho kay naundang jud ko. pero im stil thankful nga wala jud ko pasagdai ni lord.. daghan kaau nahitabo sa akong life nga naka patabang kaau nga naka recover ko from agoraphobia. also personal effort pod nako nga maka overcome pod.. kaduha nako gabalik psychiatrist pero wala jud ko ka take sa tambal kay wala ko kauyon.. ga self employed nako karon kay wla naman jud ko chance manrabaho company because ani sakita nga dili ka kompyansaan.. naa na ba support group ane? please do inform mi if naa na kay willing ko moapil 0932 631 1844. thanks!
