That's just the impression I got, although I may be wrong and it's never reason enough to kill your friend. Just 3 simple questions: for those who are friends of Lynn Vi and also know Jonnelle, do you or did (past tense) you consider Jonnelle also as a friend? does she smoke? is she the type who will speak English to the janitor or someone who obviously prefers to speak in Bisaya or other local languages?
YES, she is that kind. I know her and have personally felt the airy presence.

question 1. YES. I trusted Lynn Vi's every action. I never questioned any of her decisions.
I looked up to her like an older sister. I told her all my secrets and I guess I could say she did bring it with her to her grave. so I know how Lynn Vi cared for her friend so much. I know she valued jonelle like she valued all of her friends.and I never thought I would regret knowing jonelle and not questioning Lynn Vi being friends with her.
I found out that the people in the office have been warning Lynn Vi not to make friends with her because they are aware of how she likes to step on other people.
but apparently Lynn Vi wanted to help change her attitude and make her more appealing to people so she could have more friends.
I guess I could say she made the wrong decision.

question 2. I dnt think she smoked. at least I dnt remember. or maybe she did.
It wouldnt really make a difference would it?
Lynn Vi was a smoker. we smoked together. I miss smoking with her.
I dnt think being a smoker makes you a bad person. My dad smoked too.

question 3. I can picture her doing that. I can picture her being mean to everyone.
She was mean to the new agents on the floor but since I was a good friend of Lynn Vi,
she was decent and civil to me but I still felt that she was not as nice as she could have been.
I remember an instance that was work related that she did show off to me..
it was because she had this opportunity to teach me something specific to my job because I was new.
I never really questioned her but I did know she wasnt nice at all. I just trusted Lynn Vi.
    I trusted her too much.

talking about press people. naa kunoy nakit-an with a kabit sa usa ka club (mga press people ra pod nag inistoryaay ani, dagko man og tingog kangog nuon ko). does that make the majority of all press people adulterous?
Well, I don't have surveys to show but take a look on the claims of sissim. It may be an isolated case but that's what he said nga naa na cya base sa iyang na experience.

group *** can be done by anyone and you dnt have to be in the callcenter industry to indulge in it..
This could be the argument of Mr. Mongaya. Sa iyang hunahuna, if anyone can indulge with it even one is not in the callcenter industry, how much more if "you are with the industry". Labi na nga naa ang internet technology -a handy tool that can be utilized to engage in illicit activities. I am not justifying here Mr. Mongaya's actions but in my opinion mao siguro ni iyang mga observations.

We are not after kung kadaghanan nag buhat ba ana or wala. If someone here says nga naa na kay first hand experience niya, so that is fact. dili ta maka negar ana bisan kung isolated case lang na sila. Bisan pa siguro ug ilang call center lang nagbuhat ana but the fact still remains nga naa na cya base sa iyang experience.

it's 2am here and I am done reading from page 1 to page 37, grabe shocking ayo ang nahitabo from the eb (gi-rape then gpatay) down to this call center agent stabbed 24x.

what a drastic world we live in, it seems that life could not get better than this.. napay global economic crisis, then pinatyanay pa within our community.

as to the "closest friend" as suspect, and with her statements na inconsistencies... sa ko lang sabot ba ang lawyer g-attack nya ang legality sa warrant kay in criminal law if masayup naka one step , procedure or even just a single detail sa pag-file sa case wan-a dismiss dayun ang kaso free na ang suspect.

sad but true, ingon ane ang ato legal system... i was thinking that the lawyer wants to attack the legality of the warrant kay kabalo man sya if mo favor ang court nya dismiss dayun ang kaso. and di pa kapoy sa yaha part, he did not have present witnesses, evidence etc to favor his client kay pagsugod palang daug na sya...so payts na kaayo na...

mura galibog gud ang lawyer sa suspect saun nya pagdaug, ne confess ang suspect, then karon ang mga relatives sa suspect ne attest nga buotan and innocent sya... i don't know what his strategy about this case but as what my professor in Criminal Law 1 and 2 said, ang kadaugan sa kaso depende ra jud sa abogado... meaning kung maayo ang lawyer regarding the technicalities and sa mga strategies in order to win the case so pabor kaayo kung wala'y ayo ang lawyer wan-a pilde na jud.

but as of the moment mura g-establish jud sa lawyer ang issue sa "warrant" sad to say, na-a puruhan ma-abswelto ne ang suspect if the court would rule in favor the suspect due to mere technicalities about the issue on the "warrant"... wait lang ta sa progress sa case, to think it will take even years to have the case resolved under our legal system.

as to the family, friends, and colleagues of lynn vi, my sincere condolences...

--life its just too short, we may never know when it is our time but the least we can do is live in the moment and treasure every second of our life...

OT: For me po, it's not a wrong decision, not to give up in helping someone to become a better person. Hats off for Lynn Vi.
