ok, so i don't have to worry about those growth problems and what not? heh, i think im not growing anymore anyways...
i know stretching is very important before working out so anyone want to give me some stretching exercises or links to them? i think my stretching exercises are inefficient or just plain wrong. hehe i just tried to remember what our PE teacher taught us in 3rd yr... :P
i think im hooked on working out.. a few weeks ago i don't like working out but now i feel the need to work out everyday...

now i didn't read everything there yet, just a quick scan and found out weight lifting is not the most effective way of losing weight.. hehe in fact, you gain more weight.
