    i think im hooked on working out.. a few weeks ago i don't like working out but now i feel the need to work out everyday...

    now i didn't read everything there yet, just a quick scan and found out weight lifting is not the most effective way of losing weight.. hehe in fact, you gain more weight. so eating less it is then... oh well.. i'll still continue weight lifting though..

    yah itz true dat...in a matter of time u will not loss more weight, instead u will gain weight by lifting....but thats ok cause the weight that had been added 2 u, are the muscle weight...and not the fat...because tha fat are being burn....and time 2 time u will be losing weight with the help of ur muscles....
