WOW!!!! a belgian malinois that is trained 2 months in tracking and detection or in lay man's term "sniffing dog" worth 900,000

oks ra to people who doesnt know price ranges they will not raise an eyebrow. but to those who are in the industry its obvious malversation of funds. as i know, these PDEA sniffers are locally trained in Bulacan, even if you import a belgian mal seldom it will reach 900k dont tell me out of those 9 dogs not even one litter was produced or bred?
secondly, on the news it showed their kennel facility in Bulacan. worst is that they mentioned that a typical K9 sniffer UNTRAINED is worth 200,000 PESOS. wow!!!! 200k for black labrador retrievers(those are what been shown in the news in their cages). take note its UNTRAINED. what are those labradors? imported too while there is an abundant supply of labrador in the Philippines?
i dont know if a same discussion of this matter have been discussed in PPF or other phil dog forums. just drives me nuts seeing the news two days ago about their sky rocket prices.
