    lol hahaha taya anang outbound mins oi. luoy kaayo akong tl kay wa siya ka prepare sa iyang i tubag sa usa sa mga seniors niya kay pag review nila sa akong outbound 14% nya gi calculate, 4 shifts daw ko ga outbound. iya nalang gi ka churvaloohan pag explain. hehe ngisi lang mi duha idol kaayo akong tl

    Simple.. dili ka magpa-top agent. igo ra ipasar ang metrics, unsa may pulos if taas kag metrics bah? dili parehas sauna kay naay P4P. P4P or PEP is for show only. katong list sa performance incentives back in May? usik2x rato sa ink ug papel. and as for OT Incentives, gadala rana ug labad sa ulo sa mga agents nga serious OT takers like myself. don't expect to see any extra cash when you inquire later today or tomorrow. they're all false hopes in my opinion. but nonetheless, I'm thankful I'm still in Sykes.

    I still receive my salary and well deserved regular OT pay.

    there are a lot of changes man gyud in the company considering sa mga nahitabo diri...so, for me, personally, dili nalang ko mahibong....tungod lang sa pipila ka tao damay nuon tang tanan...

    nahilom na unta tong isa ka issue, naa pa gyud diay laing issue na ni gawas...but maayo lang pagka tago nila. hehe...dili nalang ko mag tell kung unsa para gamay ra sturya...hehe..

    i-check lng man na nila kung ngano taas kag metrics para ma-apply pud sa uban kung unsa imong strategy. Ang mga makuyawan ug mgsige ug reklamo about the investigation ky kato lng man mga na ga-magic para makakuha ug taas nga score.. Kung dili ka guilty, ngano mu-react man ka kng imbestigahan?

    OB Minutes. Is it really that much for you? It... rarely happens that a customer cannot answer the authentication. It's not like every call needs a darn authentication... And the company is paying for the OB minutes that you're spending each time you make an OB call. It is not nga dili pwede mo-lapas ug 10% but as much as possible DILI dapat malapas ug 10%. But heck, if it is needed to do so then why bother man? As long as you're following the rules of the games then its pretty much ok. After all, that is part of what the account wants you to do. I have to admit though, it is a shocking change but you have to deal with it... AND AGAIN. ITS NOT LIKE EVERY CALL KA MAG AUTHENTICATE. Some just do it for the heck of it bisag dili needed. =w=

    RD-OT? No fecking comment with that. =w= I OT'd and then I still haz not received the moolah. Ugh. Not really expecting any of the incentives to come but laaah, at least I'm still being payed when I do extra work. Mao ra gyud na ako. XD Ok, seriously, I did comment. Lahhh. Lol

    And regarding sa top agent. Heck, the company/account has the right to make kutingting sa imo. After all, it's the company who'll be friggin killed/questioned/tarnished ang reputation if they'll find out that you're cheating. So yeah. What company would like their rep tarnished? And who wants to be called a cheater? Anyway, if you are a top agent and you didn't do anything then why be scared or something? Wala man kaha nanikas ang agent. Then to hell with the KJs and all them retards who'll bring you down. Diba?
