Cebuanos are pretty much not the same as our brothers up north where they hangout to a particular place for a longer period of time (much like any 24 hour convenient store) to beat the impossible traffic...
mostly tilaw tilaw ra atoa, madugay gani mapul.an na , d na dayon mufrequent anang lugara... Not like the Manilenos where they don't have a choice but to tambay the place to unwind from horrendous traffic they have up there....
