hala.. I also play ball, and an NBA fan but I dont like the Spurs. but I love Detroit.

Detroit plays fundamental basketbal, maayo pud og defense.. ayaw pud ninyo i generalize na just bec. we dont like the Spurs na di mi ganahan fundamental Bball..

preference ra jud na, dont force us to like the Spurs.

Part, I think he was referencing to a previous post na ingon "thats why its called fundamentals and usually basic stuffs are always boring". I don't think he was generalizing but merely reacting to a previous post.

ah ok got your point, im not really a Phoenix fan, but I love watching them, exciting tan awon..

but when I play Ball stick jud ko sa basics kay mas epektibo. lahi man gud na ang magtan aw ta sa TV, og kanang moduwa jud ta og BBall.

but mas ganahan ko sa style sa Detroit kaysa sa Spurs sa ako lang ha. kapoyan ko sa Style ni Parker while kang Billups smooth kaayo. mas old school tan awon si Billups..

I feel sorry for the Suns. They look lost in the court during the game. Now it's so obvious that the Shaq trade is NOT working out for them.

The Spurs are boring because they do not talk trash. They do not act like thugs on and off the court. Their players do not get busted for DUI and doing drugs. Less showboating, they don't beat their chests or stare down their opponents after a dunk. They always give credit where it is due. Their superstar, Tim Duncan does not live for media attention. Hence less media attention.

I have been a Spurs fan since '97. I have watched their games. They are not boring. Especially when Manu and TP came on board. Try looking for some of Manu's highlights in youtube and you'll see what I mean. Plus I love Pop during post game presscons. They way he pwns some sorry reporter for asking stupid and obvious questions.

Why do you guys think the Spurs beat the Suns in the previous years? They say it's their defense. Well partly, but you see Amare will always have a field day against the spurs. It's also because the Spurs can play run & gun with the Suns, if not better. Notice that against the Suns, the Spurs usually win the game if they score more than 100 pts. They have a perfect combination of offense + defense.
