on behalf of my father (one of the owners), really sorry for the frustration and inconvenience we have caused. I was there but only heard what happened from one of the employees.As mentioned by Pierced it will be raised on their next board meeting. We fully understand your reaction. However, it was not our intention to discriminate nor show special treatment to certain people. Due to the number of guests with different demands, we cannot also expect from one person to perfectly and smoothly come up with decisions in satisfaction to all the guests. But again, it is an internal issue that needs to be addressed. For now, all we hope is to regain your trust and give us the chance to correct and improve the necessary.

Weve been there last month sa Durhan's... Kalit2x lang gyud to among plan... 14 mi niadto.. naka decide mi 13 evening... Ni tawag ko 13 evening, I think si nang Ising to ako natawagan, which namasin nako kay ang ilang policy kung magpa reseve kay naay down 20%. Pag tawag nako nang inquire lang ko.. but still nangayo sila ug info nako para ma hatagan daw ko ug rooms bisag walay down.. they treat us nice gyud... ila pa ganeh gihatod among foods sa room gyud...

Share lang ko ninyo kay lahi man sad gud akong na experience didto... Maybe naa cla problem sa ilang management cguro basin sa kadaghan sa tag-iya.. Sakto pud gibuhat nila na ni reklamo atleast ma correct sad nila unsa ilang sayop.. pero respetar lang sad cguro.. dli lang unta ta manaot ug isa ka party, tapos mo promote to ug isa ka party...

Thank you Bro for also stating what you've experienced in Durhans White Beach Resort. As we all know as a business we're always bound to make mistakes along the way and those mistakes will make us better..

The beach is truly nice and fresh...white sand, clean and clear water...but the experience was a blah...


it had been one of our destination for summer for 2 years...last year we eventually opted for Moalboal and no regrets! We were entertained and the memories we had there are going to stay for good...this year was supposed to be equally exciting...if it wasn't because of the trash management of DURHAN WHITE BEACH RESORT...I'm sorry I have to mention most especially FLORA DURAN, you're such a shame Madamme! have no intentions of destroying them because who am I to do that? I am just a nobody who wants nothing but a treat for myself after working so hard the whole year...


Summer is an event we always look forward to every year...but can you imagine planning and discussing with my colleagues for sooooo many times, travelling so far and for the most part paying for the accommodation a month ahead and in the end not getting it when you get there? Just because some wealthy family (who occupied more rooms meaning more money than us) decided to extend their vacation? and we poor ones was totally taken for granted... it WAS NOT AT ALL FAIR!!! and you know what's so funny? They still had the guts to tell us we should be the one approaching their office and ask what happened, unique right in most of the places we've been, it is ALWAYS the management who explains and apologizes the discomfort and inconvenience we experience in their resorts/hotels...but with them it is the other way around...


Despite these, their apology was acknowledged but no amount of money in any form can take away the discrimination, the damage they had caused us...to the management of Durhan, hope this will never happen to you when you go to other places...

the abellana national high school reunion was by the way cancelled...one of them happened to be one of us and right there and then she informed her batchmates...

As was the case w/ the previous complaint this will be dealt when the owners will have their board meetings. Flora Duran is one of the owners and is also my Aunt. I havent heard of this news yet since I'm based in the city and also working btw so I thank you for the comments and complaints.

I would like to make a clarification for the complaint since I had already checked w/ my Aunt and reception.

As you can see there are 2 complaints and as you read it, it makes you want to think that this happened twice already but the 2nd complaint is connected to the 1st complaint w/c was answered already and for that also on behalf of Durhan White Beach Resort, I apologized already. And also regarding Abellana Nat'l reunion they werent turned down and in fact will be depositing the down payment tomorrow. As for the complaint, yes this was mishandled poorly by mgt however the reason for the rest house to be given to another customer is they made the payment. Yes, you guys made a down payment also but you werent able to present the deposit slip so the reservation was given to the other customer. Again this was handled poorly by mgt since they couldve checked the bank for deposits that was made on the day you made a payment. Also, mgt did their best in accommodating you by giving you discounts for the 5rooms. I hope I made something clear for this.

Yes this is a free country wherein we can say what we want but it's not nice to make different complaints in which the issue is the same. You're trying to bring a business down and you guys are working for a company and should know how much impact negative comments will give to a business. I already apologized and admitted the mistake for the resort so why would another complaint be raised wherein it was already answered upon.
