Sta. Lucia won it's first All-Filipino title. It was a big run for the Realtors this conference, Kelly Williams was named the best player of the conference and Dennis Espino was named the finals MVP. The Realtors set some new franchise records: First All-Filipino title, 8 game winning streak, 12 wins in the elimination round, and an automatic entry to the semifinals.

The Realtors also set an all time record in a finals game after committing only 4 turnovers. It also tied the least turnovers by a team in a single game.

It's only Sta. Lucia's second title all in all after joining the PBA in 1993.
