na para bang nag open up ang heavens sa langit at lumabas ang mga angel...

like mga philosophical discourses about things which i dont really understand

dati kase i couldnt hear psychically but when it opened...it did opened a whole new experience for me

what i did really was to silence my mind...through meditation
hanggang sa kapag me totoong message, it appears as a loud and clear voice talaga
pero if i want to close it...as most often i want it to be...well another technique naman yan
anyways...siguro it helps to write it all down,,,or carry a recorder with you...it's quite handy!

i remembered not so long ago mga april or march maybe in between that month. as i was so busy in front of my pc. and i was alone at our sala then i feel somebody watching me from behind and behind me were my fathers room and as usual half open. then after a while maybe 30 mins or so. i feel a sudden change in the air. its like when u open a fridge. the chill feeling. and the fridge is closed.
then after i felt that this cold feel was behind me. i then turned my back and saw this fireball but a white version or an iceball floating but not that as clear coz i could see through it. and was facing at me. i really cant move at that time. i was shocked and at the same time curious. then it started to move. and i tried to move away but it caught my left arm. it felt like an ice not so cold but entered my arm. same feeling while opening a fridge. i really had no idea on what happened to me. i tried not to sleep until 4 am. but still my left arm was cold. then after waking up that day. guess what. i felt like i was been hammered by a baseball bat at the spot where that spirit ball hit me.


and all i said that day was shit! why me?!
