    sales people, also have to think outside of the box, to generate more income. incentives baya na nila, if you think about it.
    consider nako as marketing ng sales people so that would fall into no.1. but still, there are some rules and regulations that they must follow.. i cant say they have complete freedom..

    im even more confused.. call center employee nga dili trained pero within his scope? why the hell wala gi train nga apil man diay sa iya responsibilty? thats what i call a useless employee... id fire the person who trained him/her

    nope, dili call center agents ako most disliked field.. that would be priests,politicians and BIR personell..

    for your information (im patiently explaining seeing that you dont have knowledge in this area), only the basics are taught during training. uhmmm, how do i explain this oi. call center people help nyo diri explain hehehe.
    its like 10% lang ang e teach sa training, then the rest you have to figure that out yourself sa floor, based on what you learned sa basics. i hope i made that as clear as possible. if not, then wait lang for the call center peeps to explain it further to you.
    speaking of politicians, kad2 ni ingon na if he was a politician and dapat pinoy lang daw ang naa diri sa pinas mu invest or something like that. naku pag sya politician alsa balotan jud ko ASAP LOL. good bye pinas.

(and sometimes the overt kaau adrvertising niya dba?)

    k rana hambug part oi.. as i told you, my teaching style is different.. depende lang sa ganahan o dili.. sa dili, sorry nlang..

    10% lang, wtf.. its like giving a man a rifle and some bullets then shipping him to the frontlines even without training.. surely gitudluan jud or atleast nlang gipabasa nlang sa product manuals..

    kung ana lang diay, whats the point of calling tech support kung the only know a little bit more than you...

    kung tinood na imo gi sulti..
    note to self: never call tech support next time for help.. mostly likely the other person in the phone cant help you.. ngano naa pa man naa tech support kung 10% ra ila knowledge.. waaaaaaaahh how sad..

    i think its physically impossible for me to be the one directly in charge in all my businesses.. ngano mag kapoy2x man ko.. ive got managers who do that for me..

    i wont say kwartahan ko.. dako ok income pero dako pud ko expenses..

    in a way oo.. if you dont know if your paying the right taxes, BIR will grill you.. maski pa tarong imo pag negosyo.. naa jud mga daotan nga mga tao mangita og bikil para lang pangawartahan ka.... sa negosyo, dire ang imu weak link..

    ayaw jud mo anang under the table didto sa BIR, labad kaau sa ulo and dili ka mka tulog og tarong.. sa BIR walay giila santo.. pangitaan jud ka sayop.. then pangwartahan..

    example.. naa ka transaction nga nwad-an resibo.. maski gamay ra gud.. pistahan ka sa mga pating sa taga BIR ana... ang gamay nga butang, himoon nila dako.. for the purpose of using it as a negotiating leverage against you...

    as much as possible.. avoid unnecessary attention.. dont advertise nga you have money.. its like saying "come rob me"
