just be firm sa inyong stand nga inyo ipa cancel, just like i did. they will keep on trying to force you not to cancel it, even telling you not to pay in full sa credit card.

write a letter of cancellation that you want it cancel and a refund sa amount nga na charge. and ask for a statement of account verifiying nga cancelled na inyo plan. and hope for the best that you will get a refund. just keep on checking your credit card if you got the refund.

because they told me, that since i used a credit card, it will be given back to my credit card. thats what they told me after i got the statement of account verifiying nga cancelled na.

if they wont give you a refund you could file a dispute with your credit card company and submit to the credit card company the letter of cancellation and the statement of account that it was cancelled. thats what my credit card company told me.

Sa prudentialife healthcare inc company so heath insurance daw n same giswipe ako card i dont know na ingon ani d i. maau sab kaau mo pala-pala ang agent bayoti xa...den pg-abot sa balay gpacancel nko nila n folowwing morning ni pass ko ug cancellation letter but till now wla pa jd wait daw ko sa letter na ipadla nila ky pra at least mareverse ang gicharge sa cc. ingon ang agent non-refundable daw n nipirma pa jd daw ko. pro right mn pd cguro nko na icancel ky ako ma na money n ako ang mobayad...sakto ba cla nga dli irefund?plss advise ky confused na jd ko as n....nglagot ko sa ako kaugalingon ngano ngpadala ko.ambot ba sab nadala ko , wala mn pd gd sa ako hunahuna ato ky gdala nako ako duha ka baby maski xa niingon na ate "nkalutang" na samtang ngtalk xa so wla au ko nagets n i tot lng na charge but needed pa na icheck sa bank 3-5 days f maapproved ky at least mkadecide ta but ingon ato d i iswipe dretso. wa ko kasabot sa ako feeling karon..pls advise

mine was different. it was PRUDENTIAL MARKETING RESOURCES CORP's ( PMRC)customer service who called me up two months ago lng and told me that i was granted by Datamex College dris cebu for a scholarship. First i was hessitant to get the certificate from their office in Keppel Ayala but the agent kept in calling me that i should get it coz sayang daw. So, niadto na lng ko. Keppel mn pod daw ang ofis so reliable. Pag abot nkos ila office i was entertained by this gay person ambot unsay ngalan atong bayota then offered me their insurance blah blah blah..g tabangan kog duha ka bayot. in short nailad ko ug g naswipe ako card. murag kog nahypnotize atong panahona.the amount was 12546.59 og g papirmaha kog papel nga non refundable. pag gawas nko sa bldg. mura kog naglutaw. wa ko katulog anang gbi ona. but within that day nanawag kos citibank asking for cancellation but no avail and then pagka ugma daun june 2, 2009 nghimo kog letter sa PMRC pra e cancel nya ngbuhat sad kog letter of dispute sa citibank pra lng gyud macancel tong g swipe nila.

KALOOY SA DIYOS, wa gyuy nahitabo. la g honor sa citibank ug wa dawata sa PMRC ako rqst for cancellation. sakit kaayo ako dughan intawn. unsaon na lng mn ni nkog bayad nga wa mn ko kauyon aning ilang insurance policy.or not in my own will nga mukuha ko atong insurance!

KRUN CGE lng ko likay likay ig tawag sa ako sa citibank. likay likay portion ang drama . paita. la ko choice but not to pay sa citibank.d mn gyud ko bayad bahala na! mao ra sad nga bill ang nakareflect dd2. kato rang 12t kapin unta.

kanndot mn unta sa ako record sa citibank i always pay them nga way balance.gna bayaran nko tanan ako bills. pero nadaut tungod anang way ayong Prudential!

Last wed. nibalik ko didto sa SM ky ako gibalik ng taga PPL (Nailad nako ani nila sauna).. then ako gitan-aw kung wala ba tong nag-ilad nako sauna ky syempre dili jud to moduol... karon... ting tiding nidoul dayon ang duha ka agent (1 ka gwapa nga babaye ug usa ka bayoti). syempre gibalik napud nila ilang linya (in tagalog para sosyal) .... ako dayon xla gitubag...
