Am curious, and I do hope that these judges and other people will make a ruling on the case very soon (whether what is acceptable as evidence, etc.) or the other suspects will just be more difficult to pursue as time passes. Am just having more questions as the little info that has been published (even in the newspapers) are becoming contradictory. Wa ko mangita ug away or anything, just curious. So if di mo agree sa ako questions, please ayaw lang answer ha, ayaw lang pangaway.
Is there anything that would lead us to believe that group s3x angle? Or speculation lang jud? I thought s3xual assault as a motive had been ruled out before? Grabe sad bitaw ni si Mr. Mongaya, as far as I know, reputation of computer programmers who face the computer all day long are not regarded as hot dudes who always get laid, but rather the opposite. Di lang ta mo generalize unta. But anyhow, it's only by identifying the other suspects and their relationship to Jonnelle that we can explain what really happened. Are these suspects *** partners, relatives of Jonnelle, or hired killers? For me, lisod man tuohan ang relatives nga part, kay di man ingon just because relatives na sila, motuo na sila kay Jonnelle bisag unsa pa iyang isulti. Her mom who is pleading should also say unta nga wa man sila relatives nga ni ari for Sinulog? As for whether for s3x lang na sila or hired killers, makita man siguro sa appearance? Medyo nihit man siguro nang mercenary killers nga naa puy hitsura unya sosy manamit?
As for those who know Jonnelle, just curious (again ayaw na lang ko tubaga kung you think it's not appropriate, ayaw lang pangaway). It seems from a previous post that she is the type who's willing to step on other people just to get ahead. That's just the impression I got, although I may be wrong and it's never reason enough to kill your friend. Just 3 simple questions: for those who are friends of Lynn Vi and also know Jonnelle, do you or did (past tense) you consider Jonnelle also as a friend? does she smoke? is she the type who will speak English to the janitor or someone who obviously prefers to speak in Bisaya or other local languages?
isang malaking CHECK.. diin diin naman gani ko abot para mag call center but not for once na nasud na sako utok and so far sa ako mga officemates taman raman jud mi green jokes wa man tawn ing-ana ka lala oi.. sa ako lang ha.. i think for you to engage in such activity, ur the type nga active jud sa ana. naa raman jud an sa tao bah...
kanus-a pa kaha ni masulbad kasuha.. ang katong usa nga textmate² ra nga wala pay klaro nga suspect na resolved na.. kani nuon daghan witness napa juy suspect wala pa jud.
I see nothing wrong w/ Mr. Mongaya's article...he was merely reacting about the Police investigators and reporters talking, off the record, about what they learned regarding the liberal sexual lifestyle of call center agents in the course of the Ebarita investigation.
and the group *** thingy was one of the theories the investigators are looking into. Mongoya didn't say it. The police did.
He was also mentioning about the risks of the new technology that everybody should be careful about.
For pete's sake, hold your horses. Of course this incident is shameful somehow to the IT industry workers. of course, there will always be stereotyping. of course, there are liberal sexual lifestyles in call centers, but not to all. That is a GLARING FACT.
Being defensive will only make it worse...well, except if u r married, ky ngano man diay liberal ang sexual lifestyle? is it a crime? do we have to be ashamed about it? Does it make us less humans? A BIG NO.
His mentioning about what happened to another group in another Cebu-based call center that they tested positive for HIV, is one indication that our Reproductive health program in the Phils. (if we have any at all) is being neglected. Awareness drives are not enough.
That's why a bill is pushed now in Congress to have a comprehensive Reproductive Health Bill called RH5043. It will give employers the empowerment to provide free reproductive health services and commodities to workers, whether unionized or unorganized.
The bill promotes information on and access to both natural and modern birth control methods, which are medically safe and legally permissible.
The bill will provide prevention and management of reproductive tract infections, HIV/AIDS and STDs, and, Elimination of violence against women.
The bill also teaches subjects such as proscription and hazards of abortion, reproductive health and sexual rights, abstinence before marriage, and responsible sexuality.
The bill is supposed to be long overdue But no, the Church and their pulpit preachers insisted only on Natural methods to which the core principle is ABSTINENCE...wa cla kuyapi? LOLs
