but i think lisod sad ang situation sa management specially karon nga peak season. i had that experience also last holy week sa boracay. as in ang lobby sa resort amo gi stay-han murag terminal sa bus napuno ug mga bags and things of guest nga padulong mo check-in. dili sila ka sulod sa ilang mga reserved rooms kay naa pa ang nag stay wala pa mo clear or checkout sa room.tagbaw pangita ang mga staff,tua dia pa sa beach nag langoy langoy hahahaha...
so i dont think nga singled out lang ang durhan, most resorts karon specially the ones without any guest relations or PR expereince ma-sikwati gyud inig ka peak.
@ang latagaw- i was also there last April 9th and 10th, and na storya nako ang management...they really admit nga issue gyud nila ang reservations and handling of guest kay naa sad gyud uban guest mga gahi ug ulo and dili kasabot when in terms of their reservation limits.

Thank you for helping us iron things out. But even if I was on the customers side I would also feel the same. It was an internal error and in behalf of the resort I will admit it. This will be discussed during the board meeting. Thank you for the support and continuing patronage.
