    @ang latagaw- i was also there last April 9th and 10th, and na storya nako ang management...they really admit nga issue gyud nila ang reservations and handling of guest kay naa sad gyud uban guest mga gahi ug ulo and dili kasabot when in terms of their reservation limits.

    Thank you for helping us iron things out. But even if I was on the customers side I would also feel the same. It was an internal error and in behalf of the resort I will admit it. This will be discussed during the board meeting. Thank you for the support and continuing patronage.

    La Familia is also a nice place to stay although there's always pro's and cons. It's always the customers choice though.

    y man mahiubos? i'd like to be open minded as much as possible since the resort is new and would adamantly make mistakes along the way and this is one way to reach out to you guys. i welcome all positive and negative feedbacks and I thank you guys for that

    Maayong adlaw fellow istoryans...

    Weve been there last month sa Durhan's... Kalit2x lang gyud to among plan... 14 mi niadto.. naka decide mi 13 evening... Ni tawag ko 13 evening, I think si nang Ising to ako natawagan, which namasin nako kay ang ilang policy kung magpa reseve kay naay down 20%. Pag tawag nako nang inquire lang ko.. but still nangayo sila ug info nako para ma hatagan daw ko ug rooms bisag walay down.. they treat us nice gyud... ila pa ganeh gihatod among foods sa room gyud...

    Share lang ko ninyo kay lahi man sad gud akong na experience didto... Maybe naa cla problem sa ilang management cguro basin sa kadaghan sa tag-iya.. Sakto pud gibuhat nila na ni reklamo atleast ma correct sad nila unsa ilang sayop.. pero respetar lang sad cguro.. dli lang unta ta manaot ug isa ka party, tapos mo promote to ug isa ka party...

    To Durhans.. Nice gyud inyong place.. Improve lang gyud.. I think daghan pa cla plan sa resort and ila gipakita sa ako ang plan which mabutang daw ug pool.. nice gyud to..

    I heard pod naay batch sa abellana national high school na nag plan na anha mag reunion..

I was there but only heard what happened from one of the employees.As mentioned by Pierced it will be raised on their next board meeting. We fully understand your reaction. However, it was not our intention to discriminate nor show special treatment to certain people. Due to the number of guests with different demands, we cannot also expect from one person to perfectly and smoothly come up with decisions in satisfaction to all the guests. But again, it is an internal issue that needs to be addressed. For now, all we hope is to regain your trust and give us the chance to correct and improve the necessary.

    noted sir. for sure time will heal, just hoping that those kind of incident would not be happen again.
