it's an Xbox account, Sykes supposedly got the account middle or late of 2008. Sykes was all set for the account and they even had a job fair in schools especially looking for future IT graduates but unfortunately Xbox refused to continue.

i heard from previous sykes HR that the GM will be resigning but the reason behind was a sham, lipay diay kaayo ani si tita beng kay siya ang mopuli

sykes is a call center and people working here should be fluent in english. In my call center years, sa sykes ra jud ko naka-experience nakigwork ug HR manager na d kahibaw mo-ininglis unya permi pa jud sawayon sa mga managers kay gakatag ang grammar ug spelling, c ms. shane or shilani (nakalimot na ko), naa pa ba kaha ni sya?
