you should always make a follow up with your clearance. it's better ikaw mismo makakita nga napass sa imong team leader ang imo clearance sa HR or ikaw mismo magpasign sa mga authorized signatories. Believe me, it's gonna be hell kung d ka magfollow up kay kadaghan na ko kadawat ug irate callers kanang mawala ilang clearance. before you resign, take note also ang mga email address sa mga taga HR Cebu ug Manila since Manila is the one computing your pay.

Why do u think some people are leaving Sykes?

hmmm if you ask me...its not about the company.. sykes is the best for me...its just i need to finish my studies for career advancements...

^^ if an employee wants to leave the company, it's their own decision and theirs nothing to do with the company. the company is still there.

daghan issues, posible di na kontento ang employee, or wa ganahi sa mangement, but it's relly not anybody's fault people are leaving Sykes

ngutana lang ko bah, it's been more than three months na since I resigned, pero wa japon ko gitawgan sa Sykes for the status of my clearance, whether or not I'm totally cleared na sa Manila ug para sako last pay.

I think I read somewhere in the sharepoint nga one month ra. Would you mind checking for me?

It's been 96 days since I resigned, no word from Sykes at all. Last nako tawag, ingon ang receptionist (I asked for an HR rep, but receptionist ang nitubag sako pangutana) kay tua pa kuno sa Manila ako clearance. That was back in July. It's already September. They have my complete contact information, I've been using the same email address since 2004, as well as the same number. I even provided two cell numbers and a landline. I paid Sykes a visit just this Wednesday, pero ang HR kay naa kuno ug meeting since 12NN and I went there at 8PM.

maybe you can visit sykes cebu HR compBen department and have them help you out, for sure the system here in cebu is somehow connected to Manila...
