Basin gipahilom nila ang mga mo supporters para dili mo saka sa ranking, lisud na inig search ug ebpo mao ni nga thread ma kit-an labaw na kung client ang mo search. nah dali ra baya kaayo pag gamit ug google translate, paksit gyud ang account.
OR... basin naka amgo na sad ang ilang mga supporters... napaso sad ba kung ingnon nato

This is more of a start up company thinking they are the big time.
If only they would adopt their policies to suite employees not the company.
Very few companies practice this principle who put employees first rather than business, and politics. I know one callcenter company who practice this.
Ultimately if a business puts their focus on taking care of their employees the employees will take care of their busniess with exponential results.
