Great day, was able to pickup a USA Custom RG and also try out a PHIGA Custom Guitar, it had me confused which one to pick but im an Ibanez guy so its only natural for me to pick it up and plus the beautiful Quilt Maple top, i had to trade 3 ibbys(1 RG220B Indo, 1 RG220B Korea, 1 Black Doublecutaway maple top) for the USA Custom Ibby RG lol, great deal btw considering i got the RG's like 80 and 100usd , anyway back to PHIGA

i tried almost any guitar that i have come to mind but this is got to be the fattest neck ever, not wide, but fat! fat! fat!, if you complain if a gibson has a phat neck, this is fatter, fatter than a Dean Vendetta , horse d*ck phat as what Ryan of Music Go Round said , but aside from all that, the neck is so comfortable and smooth and the action is really low, i wasnt to keen with the 3 Seymour Duncan pickup configuration, but sustain was great, and had alot of meat in the sound,

inlays was greatly done, clean! and the fretboard wasnt flat more like a fender arch, the body consist of many sandwiched slabs, the neck was 5 piece with a rosewood fingerboard, the weight was enough but not heavy,

its a double iceman design but i like the headstock, i was reading about this guitar since thursday, the luthier has a great fascination for UFO's and Crop Circles, the guys at music go round call him a nut job the price was $999 and this was used, the finished has some finish cracking/checking. a dent at the back of the top horn. i really would have preferred an H-H pup config. its a beautiful and awesome guitar tone and sustain is spot on, solid hardware, if the USA custom wasnt there i might have brought this one with me

and i took home this one

this will be a project soon, the inlays is still in my head, it was a great experience to play this guitar for 2 hrs, was using both a KRANK-amp(dime head) and some marshall halfstack
