Hi katSki... these are the req. (deadline for submission of application - May 15,2010)

• Requirements for application:

1. Transcript of records (original)
2. NMAT result
3. Letters of reference from two college professors
4. 250 pesos application fee
5. Application form
(you can download it here: Cebu Institute of Medicine)

• For enrollment (i.request nlng nig apil sa imung skul amg uban ( numbers 1-3) kay para dili ka malangan kay enrollment na sa CIM sa may 24 ) and iprepare nlng ang uban daan (numbers 4 up)..

1. Photocopy of Transcript of records(photocopy nlng kay nkapasa nmn orig sa application)
2. Diploma or special order number or certificate of graduation
3. Certificate of transfer credential/ Honorable Dismissal
4. NSO birth certificate
5. Community Tax certificate 2010
6. 2 pieces documentary stamps
7. Six copies of recent picture (2 copies of 2x2 and 4 copies of 1x1 colored, white
background)

* grade rating requirement = i think as long as u passed all ure premed subjects ok na
* if u are planning to apply for scholarship, NMAT cut off for scholarship application is 80
* Interviews are scheduled after they have finished evaluating ur aplication last day of interviews (May 16)
* 1 hour ang interview... questions bout ure college days, family, study habits, just be urself and ull be fine

waaah, thank u so so much RedHands!! helpful keu ni dah. so okay ra diay na dli keu dako ang grades as long as nka pasar lang jud. whew! and um, manghud pa ku nmu. haha. going 3rd yr medtech pa ku that's why ng inquire na ko about sa req sa cim, labi na sa grade kai pra dli too late, mapataas na nako if needed akong grades. again, thank you kaau. hehe.

Excited naku mag college dah. Positive man gud ang feedback sa mga tao about ani na school.

yes. it is.

despite its low-grade facilities and "ancient" rooms, it really has a proven track record that one cannot dismiss.

if you're really into a medical-related course, i suggest velez. not because this is a biased statement (BSN 2 ko), but it's true that Velez College is a good training grounds for such.
