    Hi @kahrosi, yups pwede ra coffee basta black lang, walay sugar if pwede. If dili makaya wala sugar, palit ug Splenda (mga natural sweeteners para alternative sa sugar). Para sa tiyan, pwede ra kaayo ang jogging, enough jud siya para mugamay. Naa ra jud ang secret sa kaon. Mao maski 200 pa ka-situps imu buhaton, di jud nah siya mu-gamay if dili nimo controlled ang food intake. If ma-control na nimo, effective na nah ang mga sit-ups.

I swear paspas ra jud siya if set na imo meal plan.

    I'm 5'6" and was 96.2 Kgs. 2 months after and I'm down to 90kgs.

    On Diet: I eat a regular breakfast with a cup of coffee. Then, I'll eat a heavy lunch with veggies or fruit and a good protein. Basta akong max cups of rice a day kay 2 cups rajd. For Dinner, either oatmeal nalang or peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread nya daghan nga fruits like banana or apple. On saturdays, I eat what I want.

    On Exercise: I brisk walk 45-60 minutes a day for at least 4 days a week. Sometimes kung taas kaau akong gana kay I walk in the morning and also in the evening. Or if kulang sad akong time sa morning, mag jumping jacks lang. I do about a 80-100 push-ups a day, divided into sets. I also tried the planking challenge and I'm up to 3 minutes. I stopped adding more minutes but instead adding more sets. I now do 3 minutes and 2 sets. Mag sige jud ko ug stretching kay I want to be as flexible as I was a few years ago. Hehe.

    On rest: Maninguha ko nga maka 6-7 hours of sleep a day ko. I also don't work out on Mondays and Fridays.

    My diet regimen and exercise routine is not perfect but it works very well for me. Di kaau ko gutomon pero I have already lost weight and I feel better already. Di nako dali hangakon. I can also amp up my exercise kay di nah kaau lisud karon. Hinay-hinay lang ni pero ako lang jud paninguhaon nga ma consistent.

    Now I'm thinking of adding squats to my workout consistently. I dunno but somehow ma abot jud akong tapol sa squats. Mao nalang akong exercise nga di kaau ko ma consistent.

    december 12 among xmas party sa office.. ma hibaw.an na ang winner sa among biggest looser challenge.. 1 month na mi sa among challenge.. xcited na mi sa 10.5k nga pot money. .

    I am using USANA products. Nutrimeal (meal replacement) and Essentials (supplements) along with daily light cardio exercise such as jogging for 30-45 minutes. From 103kg last May 2014, I am now 88kg and still losing weight.

    balik naku sa gym for 3 weeks nah. 5'5'' and 200lbs gihapon ko. pero naa improvement sa ako sawal gyud. hehehe
