RH Bill, if carried out without corruption, is a good thing for the millions of poor Filipinos. however I won't agree with what you call "hypocrisy"
the Church is always in fight with those issues you mention...never would they be "on the side" of it...
the RH bill is far different, as the Church believe that "contraception" is sinful...the Church would not accept that the government will consider it a right...
if the government would accept those issues you mention, and make it legal just like the RH Bill-promotion of contraception...expect the same peaceful war against it...
