dili man cguro. kung hi and count sa WBC, then probably maghuna2x ang doc kung naa bai infection ang tao which could be anything na,not necessarily mo-zoom cya diretso ug HIV/AIDS

Of course HIV cases are rising! This should be of no surprise as the use of condoms here is minimal (thanks in no small part to the church). There are also a great many $ex workers who return to the Phils after working years in other parts of the world so different strains of HIV are likely to found here too.

There are two ways to deal with this... abstinence & education. The only way to be completely safe from infection is celibacy, not a likely solution when we are biologically programmed to procreate. Education means using risk prevention which ultimately means condoms. There is no room for religion in this debate as this is a "scientific" public health issue.

The tests to determine whether a certain sample of blood contains anti-bodies of HIV/AIDS or any other STD/STI are specific and do not necessarily fall in the regular menu of tests during a yearly physical. Hence, mahulog rana sa initiative sa kaugalingong tao. If a company starts randomly testing it's personnel for HIV/AIDS and et cetera, it will be misconstrued as discrimination against certain types of people; meaning kanang mga naay sakit nga makatakud.

The Church is present in order to uphold the moral values of the people. NOBODY is PERFECT so mao nang everyone must help each other. The more people help out in the keeping the moral values of the people grounded and superbly founded, the more we can learn to resist temptation in all its forms.

ALSO, the Church is SEPARATE from the STATE. The state can do everything it wants so long as it is well within the LAW of the land. Ang Problema kay magpadala sa kahig ang mga politico kay mahadlok dili ma mabutaran sa sunod nga halalan. kung duna silay strong sense of professionalism, upon actionan gyud na nila weighing out the good benefits over the bad.

One problem with the RH bill is that is punishes parents who refuse to provide the means in promoting safe ***. Example, kung imong bata naa na sa edad nga maka you know what, then dapat you should not only educate them but also give them condoms to insure that they practice safe ***. Failure to do so will render the parent liable. Dili man gud ni parehas sa Sweden nga policy on "free ***". Apan ang pasabot ni aning "free ***" kay kung naa kay nagustohan nga bae or plano kang mag you know what, adto lang sa clinic sa gobyerno ug mangayu kung condom dinha, FREE OF CHARGE. and problema man gud kay purdoy au atong gobyerno mao nang dili maka provide ang govt. ug parehong ni-ini.

Offer free lubricated-condoms and pass a legislation that would recommended Non-Married couples to use condom at all times.

    *Married couples are excluded (pwede!)
    *Avoids unexpected pregnancy
    *Lowers population
*Lowers the chances of getting STDs

Give FREE CONDOMS! Make it available for everyone (don't even bother saying kids and religion)
