Ang ako ra jud gi hatag nga requirements kay NSO, NBI, ug 2 valid IDs.

6am pa na maghatag ug priority number. Diha ra ka pwede muhawa if naa naka priority number. Ingnon ra man ka nila wat tym ka pabalikon. So kung mulinya naka ug 2am, huwaton jud na nimo hantod maghatag na ug number.

Maaung buntag Ang schedule is based sa imong priority number? Or kato ning magprint ka ug appointment sa Passport Application Appointment System?

NSO (pwede ra wlay receipt)
WARNING: Dapat readable ang imong NSO if dli gani kaayo klaro, adto sa City Health pangayo ug local birth..

I would like to share my experience.

The best time to go to DFA in Pacific Mall is when it is raining! Yes, because it increase your chances of being first in line.

2:00 am. Only a few people are visibile but several are hiding ... sleeping.

4:00 am. Guard distributes the forms. A lot of people start showing up.

6:00 am. Double line forms. First people to receive a number are those sitting on the bench. NOTE: those standing sometimes would ask to sit down and end up inserting. Just call their attention because its not fair for you who waited several hours.

7:00 am. Surrender 1 photo ID for a priority number. I was number 65. NOTE: I was the 20th person visible when I arrived. The guard will instruct you to go up to DFA at the 4th floor at 10am.

It is highly suggested that you eat your breakfast at Jollibee - you can freshen up, its comfortable and safe. Your hot choco will last you until store opening.

9:00 am. Store opens. Some people run up the escalator, others go for the elevator.

9:30 am. Went up to DFA. Just in time, the guard called up numbers 1 to 50 but there were only 25 people present

9:40 am. Guard calls up numbers 51 to 100. There were only 20 of us.

My documents were:
SSS photo ID photocopied back to back
Company photo ID with signature photocopied back to back
NBI clearance for travel abroad
Police clearance for travel abroad
Barangay clearance for police clearance
NSO in SECPA paper with stamp of Office of Civil Registrar because my name was handwritten. No receipt.

I photocopied them which saved me time. NOTE: there is a photocopier inside DFA

DFA will get the original NSO, NBI, Police clearance and Barangay clearance.

Paid 950 because I am not in a hurry. Kept my payors copy of the OR in a dry safe place.

Proceeded to encoding for photo, thumbprint scanning and info validation.

10:30 am. All done. Whoohooo.

Lesson 1: go when its raining
Lesson 2: bring umbrella, jacket, water, biscuits, small pillow, foldable chair
Lesson 3: bring a friend or gadget, helps you stay awake
Lesson 4: talk to the person before you and after you. it secures your place in line
Lesson 5: call out anyone who inserts in line
Lesson 6: do not go home after getting a priority number. Dont know what happens if you miss your queu.
Lesson 7: photocopy your documents in advance
Lesson 8: bring more documents
Lesson 9: Always greet the mall guards and DFA personnel with good morning and a smile

Kato list of accepted IDS with photo and your signature, such as but not limited to
SSS/GSIS photo ID
company ID
old school ID
alumni ID
Voters ID
drivers license
old passport (not recommended)

Its better to have more requirements than lacking. Barangay clearance (reason is getting police clearance) is less than P100. Police clearance (reason is passport requirements) is P300.
