HR and admin heads really suck! murag taga-gobyerno, politika kaung mopadagan! for attendance, they have biometrics kunyari, but comes sweldo time, you'll notice that many agents (even those handling the same acct) would complain or file pay dispute kay lain lain computation nila's salary because of attendance (lates or absences). but then, mabaw-an nalang nimo, there are agents na walay deduction no matter how frequent their absences/lates are especially if close sa admin or TLs. unfair to other agents na walay kapit sa admin d ba?

    #5. HR manager appears to have a strict and by-the-book rule/policy imposed to agents, yet she herself is violating such policies in trying to cover for her sister's flaws, mistakes, and violations who happens to have worked there for some months. d mo malain anang bisag malate or mo-absent, wala'y palag ang HR staff abot computation sa salary. undeclared absences, means no deduction from salary and getting the P1.5k bonus. getting into arguments with other agents is one gross violation, yet murag wa lang sa other HR staff because lakas kapit gud! unay ang sister nga HR manager!

    #6. Wala'y klarong computation sa night differential and special holidays pay. can you imagine, P500 ra jud tawn ang night differential every payday ang madugang. Motaas ra gamay if na'y mga holidays... meaning by taas gamay kay P750 to P1k ra jud tawn.

    #7. Wala'y klarong pantry and sleeping room. Asa ka makakita'g icombine ang eating and sleeping room?

    #8. Funny but disappointing and disgusting jud ni! Bi-monthly pays fall on the 1st and 15th of the month, not 15th and 30th... here's the thing, you get your payslip 5 days after your pay. Asan ka naman jan?!

    #9. Almost all the agents have not been issued company IDs even after regularization. Colorum tanan, agent's payslip is through email. No copy of signed contract or agreement are given to agents. Unsa ng klase nga company?

    #10. Walay klarong TLs. Swerte ka if you're one of the favorites, but if dili ... Goodluck nalang everyday. Faet!

    yati ka experienced ko aning tanan nimong gipanulti..grabe ka politika ning companyaha,sakto pud ka about sa pantry ug sleeping lounge..tabla ray evacuation center kay naay natulog samtang naay nagkaon..dili ka malain??ilang cr inag lingkod nimo mahadlok ka nga matipak..lol..wala reserve na headset dayon if madaot imong headset..ana-on lang ka sa IT wala pay gi-deliver..unya inag tan aw nimo sa presyo CDR king 120 petot ang price sa headset gamay tay-og mabungol na dayon..EOP kuno pero ang mga kdagkuan mag una2x ug bisaya...kani may wayok,dili pwede mag tsinelas ..pero kana hava nga taas pwede kay dili daw na tsinelas..kay mao man sad usa sa gisul-ob sa admin..mao pwede pero flip-flop dili...and worst kung dili ka nila feel pangitaan ka paagi nga matak-tak ka ,labi na if they know nga medyo mosukol ka nila..kay what they like is mo kiss ass ka nila...yes ma'am,yes sir lang permi...pero ang sweldo ginoo ko 1st ug 15th sa month...ok lang maghuwat ka sa 15th nga sweldo kay mura duol2x sa petsa pero if sa 1st ang sweldo patay tanan...unya ang sweldo hastilan kadugay masuolod sa bangko..mangulba sa ka ug todo2x..kay imagine naay times nga ning out ang sweldo at 6pm na...pero basta inag payday kay expect nalang ug heart attack kay ako every payday nila wala ko kasuway nga walay dispute..i thank you

    Yeah your right,i been there.This was my first call center experienced and it is indeed really bad.yes i can relate nimo bro.We are all the same.I return the cust's money out mercy.Mag pakilouy gund ng customer gud.Tsk.tsk.Im now here sa sykes and im contented in here.Grabe benifits.Ka recieve pa jud ko brandnew cp.Touchscreen courtesy from our account plus limpyo pa akong consensya.Stay away from cgts (Cebu global ) mga pips.

    Bag o lang nag transfer ETEL and so far nindot man ang environment but I am not so sure pag na STREAM na sya.. So far nindot jud ang SYKES when it comes to environment.. Nice ang mga tao and the best ang training.. But when it comes to pay mas ayos jud ang ETEL... Hehehe. Unrelated kaau ang reply ko sa topic Because I am still observing ETEL..

    I agree about wats...was great when cm was still around...unlike gc just wondering, how much is a TL's or QA's salary in Kudos? I have an interview for that position and to be honest, i wont waste my time if slaray offer would be low. I'm residing somewhere south side, really far from mepz. And i'm happily working in another CC now as an agent but if their salary offer for a tl or qa is good, then maybe i'll give it a try. Any idea, guys?

    pinaka nindot jud ako nasuwayan nuh k Call Assistant. Wakoy ma say. Cool environment...usahay lng kaau sila maghiring nuon. Worst for me was Asia Tech!!! sus, grabeh!! 8k sweldo, no bonus, way contrata, no atm and u'd have to wait forever inig sweldo. mano2x pajud. Nya ang mga TL? maniakis

    it's been a long long time i wasn't able to open this site... well... well... well... enjoy man gud ko sa akong work sa kudo... laliman ka ana nga of all the call centers, kani ra ang pinaka feel at home nga work... der is freedom.. ok ra pod ang mga people... pero to those nagsige post og negative comment, well, ayaw nalang mo pataka istorya kay na frustrated ramo.. too much ang inyong expectation.. wala ninyo hona honaa nga stepping stone ninyo to or chance para mo excel? hmmmmm... i remember, osa ka newbie niingon nga of all the call centers iya gi applayan, ang KUDO ra maoy ni dawat niya... kamo kaha nga nagsige og kyawyaw... madawat kaha mo diha sa inyong gitrabahoan nga call center if wala moy experience? good thing and for sure inyo ra gi gamit ang kudo as training ground...

    anyway, dugay nami sa kudo...enjoy..lingaw ang among pag stay kay ok ra kaayo as in... salary is good... pero if ANAKAN ka og 20 kabook... chicks dire, kabit dire og pamiga didto, di jud maka sustain ang salary sa kudo.. pero if para nimo ra og sa imong pobre nga family, ok ra jud as in.. no comments..

    ALWAYS remember guys, that whatever things you may attain, you should be HUMBLE always.. TRY to check yourself if onsa inyo qualifications.. angayan kaha pod mo tagaan og dagkong sweldo?
