1] Those are not the ONLY conditions in forming a union. There are a lot more. Â*Wages & Benefits are not the only causes of grievance.
2] It's not really that high. Â*It's still feasible to form a union even with the current rate of turnover and a significant Â*number do stay for a good number of years because of the pay & benefits.
3] One cannot easily transfer from one center to another because the CCAP have an agreement not to accept employees from a previous call center from 12-18 months and even more for supervisors/managers to another center for obvious reasons.
4] Probably when there are no changes and these people that feels the "crunch" will be old enough to transfer to a different industry or company then that will be the time that forming a union will be most imminent. Then all the more time and reason for these call centers to shape up.
5] Even without these conditions, it will only take one brave, convincing/charismatic & dynamic individual to from a union because the cause is already there and in our country we unions can be formed even just for the heck of it what more with just cause? Â*if you have read the article above..
