How confusing is the Bible?

Sorry bro but i will not allow you to destroy/discredit the Bible.

Eph 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." But notice that in verse 10 it says, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." I believe it's telling us that we can't be 'saved' by our works, but we are suppose to live a Godly life as a Christian. We aren't to claim we are Christians, and then go out and continue to live in the world.

I know you said it because you are confident, proud and very intelligent. Somehow I envy your knowledge bro but I'd rather be dull knowing Christ than Intelligent that doesn't believe in him.

I give you this verse bro:

Pride has kept many people from accepting Jesus Christ as Savior. Admitting sin and acknowledging that in our own strength we can do nothing to inherit eternal life is a constant stumbling block for prideful people. We are not to boast about ourselves; if we want to boast, then we are to proclaim the glories of God. What we say about ourselves means nothing in God’s work. It is what God says about us that makes the difference (2 Corinthians 10:13).


I can boldly say bro you are a proud man. Confident and well equip with the knowledge of the world. For Christians this world will pass and the finish line is not death but to be with God face to face at all his splendor power and glory.

I am not proud bro! The WISDOM that I've learned is borrowed from the ANCIENT WISDOM of the past! I am only here to share. Your knowledge bro is limited only to Christianity and Millions of people out there are not Christians but they are also capable of KNOWING GOD! ETERNAL LIFE is not only about FUTURE PROMISE but it can be realized in the HERE AND NOW for NOW IS ETERNITY!

BTW, PRIDE can only be dangerous and sinful when you consider yourself RIGHTEOUS especially when you say that CHRISTIANITY and the BIBLE ALONE IS THE TRUTH and no one else! But faith will not save you not even good works. Its only by Grace. Good works is the fruit of what you believe in. I just want to say that there is no neutral ground. Its like this whether you serve God or Money. You cant have them both.
