I don't agree that science has limitations....The God that I believe is all knowing and it is from where science came from...Since God is infinite and so is science.....
What has limitations are the humans.
Yeah science is great, but unfortunately for us, we can't comprehend everything. Even the average human cannot comprehend the equation "Energy is equal to the mass multiplied by the square of the velocity of light in a vacuum".
The least we can do is to be humble and avoid playing arrogant as if we know everything. We might end up the next tower of Babylon to fall.

ex.
pls compute the gravitational pull of the earth with respect to the buoyancy of a matterial floating on top of it...

and here is its limitation: how does christ floats bare foot above the water surface?...

There must be science behind the floating of Jesus Christ above water........Its a science that we can't understand just yet....Well, since he is God, he doesn't need external anti-gravity device for him to float....But for us humans, maybe someday we can invent such a device with the help of our knowledge in science. But that won't make us gods, so again when that time comes, we only need to be humble and avoid being arrogant or suffer consequences.

God is not a scientist, everything comes from him including science. He can't be a scientist because scientists are knowledge seekers and God knows everything. God is where knowledge comes from. He reveals knowledge, through his creations, to those who seek, while scientists discovers knowledge being revealed.
