lolz. it's funny how you guys consider the poll in this thread genuine to consider it factual. balacutan is right, this is not even a survey. it's a poll. there's a difference.

Even how try you will do it, your survey will just be another, unscientific, unreliable, bias and a pitiful copycat of the genuine Pulse Asia survey.

    Please accept the truth.
just another biased generalization based on a survey of ONLY 1,200 respondents.

Survey = representative polling. you take a sample. Thats scientific.

Poll = fans voting for their idol.

The truth is out and this inconsequential poll can never change that a bit.

...and you base your opinion on legitimate results of surveys done on 1,200 respondents nationwide? take note that the survey results have been directly affected by recent happenings such as the Makati bombings that killed several people, other issues such as granting pardon to Erap, etc. Filipinos have this tendency to hate their president like they can do something about it.

^^how can it be irrelevant when it is clearly stated in the Pulse Asia website.

At the time the interviews for this survey were being conducted, reports on the following developments dominated the news headlines: the cash handed out to selected local government officials and legislators in Malacañang, renewed calls for President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s resignation and the planned revival of impeachment complaints against her, the blast in a Makati shopping mall that killed several people, the rift between President Arroyo and House Speaker Jose C. de Venecia over the ZTE and cash handout controversies, the continuing Senate investigation on the ZTE contract, the granting of pardon to former President Joseph Estrada, the holding of the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections, and the increasing price of oil in the global market as well as the steady appreciation of the Philippine peso.

why did Pulse Asia conclude that this issues affect how the respondents voted? No. It only stated what was happening at the time of the polling.

you are making your own conclusions, not of Pulse Asia.
