In Cebu City, its still a close fight, no clear winner yet.

I hope this is true and will push through. Most pro Tomas comments that I read are: Why not have LRT even if Tomas wins? Or why does Labella has to be Cebu City mayor to have LRT? Simple answer, because Tomas does not want to have LRT or any railway system in Cebu City. He made apparent of it since the 90s when a Swedish/Australian consortium made a proposal of it. Di mo sugot si Tomas. Plain and simple. His reason? He prefers buses/BRT which is contributing more to road congestion unless jeepneys will be abolished. Urban planners and architects made a proposal for LRT and Subway system but Tomas does not want to hear any of it. His personal interest trumps the interest of Cebuanos. I have lived in Cebu City all my life to see what has become of Tomas. Maayo lang ni siya sa una. We cannot deny it. Pero karun, iya personal interest nalang gi atubang. Look at the CCMC, naay ba nahitabo. Toa sa VSMMC tanan pasyente dan-ok. Ang ma ilad ni Tomas kay kaning mga millennial Kool Kids nga dili lumad taga Cebu City nga sige lang atubang og Facebook. Sad but true.

murag di mana tinood. murag wa mana jud na mo ingon tomas nga di sya ganahan sa lrt. ipa implement mana ang brt ug lrt. ang jeepneys sa implementation kay hinayhinayan nila ug iban kay di man pud pwede kalit ma wagtangan ug trabaho. bisag si rama kato mayor pa, naka uyon ug ganahan pud to mabutangan ug brt ang metro cebu. humana na unta ng brt by next year ug wala pa na sigeg samok2x si dino. ang brt suportado man sa kadaghanan sa locals ug sa cebu chamber of commerce mao ng wala nay mahims si dino. kana si dino kay kontra manang tomas, di ganahan sa brt kay hibaw naka basta wa gani maapil sa kahig sa project ang politiko, daghan kaayo nag bagolbol. ana mana ang duwa nila.
