I'm planning to register my small construction business para makakuha ug dagko na project.
Pero since ginagmay lang man, ako mga workers/labors kay project based lang.
Meaning if naay project naa silay sweldo, if wala tambay pud sila.
Ako question, unsaon nako para mareport or madeductible nako akong labor costs given nga dili man pud sila BIR registered.
