high-fiber diet like vegetable, fruits, and oats plus exercise for me. also, coffee. i dont know but mka stimulate sa bowel movement.. hehe. dapat naa sad ka "BM time" and make it a habit para maanad imo body.

drink lots of water...whether cold or room temp.
