Did you just call people working in a callcenter as
NO_BRAINERS?
uhhmmm... let me just comment on that..
maybe because, you haven't tried working on these industries, that's why you concluded that way.
didnt you know that we speak english all the time, and if we are no brainers, we cant utter a simple english.
we get to help people from all sorts of life, genre, and races.
we are flexible that we can adjust to their moods.
we solve their problems, and not everyday that we receive the same promblems/troubles.
can you imagine how the hell we solve their problems, that we cant even see what they are seeing..
webhosting, isp, modem, routers, dslams, atms, emails, neworking, broadband, name pa..
murag kung no brainer ka, hagbay rakang nabuang ani...
regarding the schedules, there are also IT-related companies that are on shifting schedules.
you can gain confidence here.. and you can use call centers as stepping stones..
once you're through wit it, then you can go to the ladder that you wanted to climb.
asa man mo makakita ug stepping stone nga mas dako ang sweldo sa company na ganahan nimo applyan..?
and people here dont just stay for the salary itself..
we met a lot of people and have gotten so attached to them..
naa diri all sorts of fun.. wala kj, arte or whatsoever..
ka level ra tanan.. mga inamaw ug mga way klaro nag-abot.
mao accept sila bisag undergrad basta naa lang technical knowledge.
stock knowledge ray gigamit diri.. naa ra nimo unsaon pag cope up sa short time trainings.
kung buot hunahuna-on, sideline rani kay wa paka mugamit sa imong gi skwelahan.
kung di nimo kaya, hala resign.. matira ang matibay...
and regarding sa regularization, after 6 months go daun mo.
ayaw sad mo pataka ug pangaply ug call center na wala moy kasiguruhan.
if techy mo,
accenture mo guys..
