the only greatwall psu I know are most of the Corsair CS line. They are actually pretty decent based sa reviews and I've used one myself. I think your list of psus need 4 tiers or 5. Three is pretty tight to classify your lists into imo.
actually, Greatwall carry a wide variety of PSUs from the cheapest to the not so cheap PSU line... performance depends on the cost of the PSU itseld...

Greatwall is not bad really. But not in the league of fsp enhance and cwt. So there..
Id even put micronics above it if i may.. (if anybody ever heard of it)
Ive been through several greatwall-made korean psus. Pretty decent but barely commendable. Even dissected some with pretty bare internals.
