whatever those "mentality".. the fact Filipino's will always be Filipinos maski asa pa.. (not all of us, thankfully), what are we doing to change it.

Ont: with regards to mother of mj Veloso.. i dont blame her but she did say thank you, wala lang sa govt. If ato tan-awn ang sitwasyon, dli man jd matagad ni if wala naka gather ug international media attention.. honestly, if wala na sakay si Veloso sa issue sa 2 Australian convicts? Yatap na ni cya.. pila pay pusta.

sayon ra ingnon na di ta ka explain unsa "nabuhat sa govt", but same thing can be said on the part of the Veloso family di ta ka confirm unsa "wa nabuhat sa govt" . Wa man sad sila nag pa ka ingrata, niabot na gani sa priest ug student and pasalamat. Meaning mas dako pa natabang nila. and yet again we can not blame them if naka ingon sila something against sa government, naa bya sila first hand experience. Kung wa ni nasagulan sa Australian case, wa gyud last minute remedy; lipay kaayo iyang recruiter.

i beg to disagree boss. i honestly think because sa close relations between pinas and indonesia especially with the MLAT the government was able to delay the execution. while the relationship between australia and indonesia has turned sour over the past few years. indonesia has high respect for pinas and pinas has high respect for indonesia.

Yup i agree boss, mao ni akong gi post previously. But the fact stays the same that it took how many years for phil govt to take significant action. Dli pd nato ma deny na ang international pressure take toll na sa phil govt para mo take action. Luckily naa tay card nga gi play, mao na ang MLAT, but does that necessarily to be invoke sa last minute? Tungod kay wala.na silay laing options.

boss, MLAT was not invoked in the last minute. this was revealed by the attorney general of indonesia and was also clarified by widodo himself in his jakarta post interview. the decision to delay the execution was last minute, it was widodo's call but invoking the MLAT was when Aquino met with Widodo during the ASEAN Summit. only that it took the DoJ a bit late to complete the papers so as to fulfill the parameters and requirements to put MLAT in effect. widodo had to review the documents before making the decision. his decision came last minute. that is why the next day the DoJ mentioned that they will travel to indonesia to submit more papers with regards to the investigation that was happening in the PH against veloso's recruiters. im not sure if veloso will be allowed to testify personally sa pinas though.

Even if naay mlat boss but if wala to ni surrender ang recruiter ni veloso murag tagilid ghapon. They invoked mlat sa thought nga naay laing angle dapat tan-awn. How come for all those years wala jd ni na focus sa govt pag ayu. Dli nato ma blame pd ang govt but i just cant just say all credits to pnoy and his admi.. We dont know the whole story from start to end. Mao pd na akong tan-aw boss, the aquino govt couldnt afford any more blow especially hapit na ang election.

Yes! They should be thankful! the mere fact that MJ was spared from death.

How about this : "maniningil kami!" & "Hindi gobyernong aquino ang tumulong sa amin." etc.. are these not an insult?
Again, like you said, its just a postponement.
So? undangon sa nila ang paglabay ug uban pang dili maayo nga istorya, ky whether they like it or not ONLY the government can help them for now. NOT the Migrante, priest etc..

The issue here is not about technicalities as whom you'll give the credit, blame or whom they should be thankful.
They should have not done discrediting gov't's effort. Pwede mn dili mngayo ug pasamalat, pero ayw lng pud pang-insulto ky temp pa ni tanan nhitabo..

correct boss. didto nagkuwang ang gobyerno.wala gyud sila nilihok. walay initial investigation.walay manhunt sa recruiters ni mary jane. ni surrender pa gyud. sakto ka.if wala to ni surrender, walay investigation mahitabo, walay saktong grounds para ma invoke ang MLAT. the government should not take credit at all kay nadelay ra ang execution wala na annulled. if only na imbestigahan na sa una possible na nga ma salbar pa. pero basin willing victim pud ni si MJ. well never know.

kasabot man ko sa pamilya ni mary jane. makalagot man pud gyud kay karon ra nilihok ang gobyerno.pero dili nila pwedi ipasa ang sala sa gobyerno. kay in the first place dili man ang gobyerno ang nagpugos ni mary jane para molarga didto. wa gani siguro ang pamilya ra ni mary jane nagduot niya mo abroad bisan walay kasigurohan.kani rabang sa probinsya kay nahan au ilang anak abroad gyud.

Default Mother of MJ Veloso reaction to Gov't - Sakto or na Brainwash?

Boss @digitalsuperman if ato i summarize , tagilid jd na c veloso. Dli man na cya documented na ofw.. Or dli man gano ofw cguro. Pero as govt obligations dli jd pasagdan ang mga citizen. Pero blame jd ni pd kay mj veloso. Anyway past is past, na postponed na ang execution. Moving forward unta ma.paspas ang action para ma dakpan kinsy behind jd ani. Go for the big fish..

Duda pd ko naa jd nag sulsul aning inahan ni mj.. Opposition ni panot. Napa gamit pd cguro cya. A simple gratitude wont hurt..
