Dako ang bahin sa Bangsamoro kay 75% ug ang 25% goes to national government pero I doubt kun naay mo-exploit nianang Liguasan Marsh sa Maguindanao kay kinahanglan na ang company na mo exploit niana, 60% Filipino owned which is rare kaayo kay mahal kaayo ang natural resource extraction for joint venture between foreign and local companies. Aron mo effect ang gusto sa Bangsamoro, remove first ang 60/40 forced equity sharing sa natural resources sa 1987 constitution then allow 100% foreign owned natural resource companies to join in Mining Production Sharing contract for exploration and exploitation.

YES to Federalism but is against BBL which is federalism itself. What form of government will you introduce to the autonomous region after the whole country is divided into several federal states?

The country is divided into several federal states, this is acceptable and good. Governments have autonomy on each federal state, and this is still acceptable and good. Each federal state including the provinces in ARMM gets their own share of their own economy, this is acceptable enough. But letting an extremist faction which has ties with Jemaah Islamiyah and Al Qaeda control this ARMM province is ridiculously stupid.

What we need to do? Create a powerful military presence in Mindanao. Create a powerful intelligence network. Destroy MILF/BIFF and any related factions, then proceed with the new BBL without them. People will gladly accept this.

Then I must say you must read HOUSE BILL 4994. BBL is not a government to be ruled by the MILF but for any people of the Bangsamoro who will win in the democratic election. It was very clear position of the MILF that they are not after the leadership of the BBL. What they want was a change of structure of government different from the present ARMM and that's BBL. They do not say they want absolute leadership of BBL. THe MILF will become a political party after BBL is fully implemented and will field candidates in the election. Just like Misuari who did not become absolute gov or ARMM he can ran in the parliament with MNLF as political party. Whether you like it or not once federalism is applied in the whole country, BBL is for the autonomous region.. That is why I cannot understand why you are pro federalism but against BBL.

Wow. After multiple lies and false statements in the Senate, you still believe them?

House Bill 4994 is junk. There's a big difference between the two scenarios. For BBL, it's running an autonomy within a unitary and centralized presidential system apparently will not work since the Centralized system still limit that autonomy.
